Designed for climbing this tough little climbing rucksack copes with the rough and the smooth of life on multi-pitch routes. Stuffed with essentials windproofs, food, water, fell shoes, headtorches and the ubiquitous massive guidebook, it still sits clear of a chalk bag and can easily be hauled at the crux if required.
Made from abrasion resistant ROBIC® ripstop fabric, the Wallpack 16 is both lightweight and extremely durable for long-term use. An EVA foam back panel protects you from angular hardware inside the pack without feeling restrictive when climbing, while a sternum strap, adjustable EVA foam shoulder straps and a removable hip belt mean the pack can be cinched down securely for stability.
With a purposely clean external profile to avoid snagging, it has four ideally placed external gear loops for hauling or attaching to belays and a large zip opening with chunky zip so you can quickly grab an extra layer when needed. The lid houses a large zipped accessories pocket with internal subdividers for easy storage, and a padded internal sleeve holds a hydration bladder on the wall, or a laptop on the daily commute.
