Boots designed for trekking and walking overrugged terrain for long distances. Gone are the days when boots needed to be 'broken' in for weeks before becoming moderately comfortable. These boots should fit comfortably straight out of the box, and if they don't, put them straight back in the box!
Season: This is a rough guide. A 2 Season boot is suitable for summer and the warmer drier parts of spring and autumn, a 3 season boot for spring, summer and autumn, and a 4 season boot for all year round, though it will be a bit over the top for a dry summer's day.
Rating: This refers to the boot's suitability for crampons - for more information, please see our Boot/Crampon Compatibilty Page.
Returns: Please note that we cannot under any circumstances at all accept returns of any boots that have been "used" - not even a little bit! This includes a "ust a few minutes outside to see what they feel like". Please try your boots on in your own home when you receive them. If you are unhappy with the fit we will refund or replace them provided that they are returned with their packaging and in (in our opinion) "as new" condition. Please see our section on Returns.
