The TX5 Low is the low-cut leather boot/shoe version of the TX Series, designed for walkers looking for a technical product for approach routes, hiking and via ferrata.
Lightweight and protective, the shoe/boot is waterproof and breathable due to its Gore-Tex membrane. The abrasion resistant all-round rand, inspired by the climbing world, makes it sturdy and durable, and the high quality Nubuck uppers further increase the overall comfort.
Structured and protective due to the stabilising insole, it is ideal for prolonged use by mountain guides and other mountain-based workers. It has the characteristic Mythos-Style lacing system that wraps around the uppers for a perfect and precise regulation of volume. The Vibram Megagrip compound and the pronounced heel combined with the Hiking-Oriented differentiated lugs favour downhill braking and uphill grip.
