Replacement picks for older Petzl-Charlet (Charlet-Moser) ice axes are either 'T' or 'B' Rated. The former are heavier duty and are designed for Scottish winter and alpine mixed climbing, whilst the latter have finer blades and are more suitable for cascade icefall climbing.
For UK use we would recommend the use of T rated picks as B picks may not be strong enough for mixed climbing.

Two other Petzl picks, U21100 Nomic Cascade and U21000 Nomic Astro have been discontinued - but the current Nomic picks will fit.
